My girlfriends 2.0gti keeps chucking fault codes on VAG com. 2 Faults Found: 16518 - Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor B1 S1: No Activity. P0134 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent. 17536 - Fuel Trim: Bank 1 (Mult): System too Lean. P1128 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent. On other ocasions ,, it just shows just the sensor fault only,,,and is recorded as " No signal From there the steps are pretty simple to fix the MK4 door locks: Re-melt the solder joint. Add some solder. The first step should re-establish the connection. Adding more solder will simply help strengthen the connection and hopefully avoid the issue popping up again in the future. My VW Golf mk 4, 1.6 for no reason will cut out / stall, no warning given but full set of warning lights will show and my power steering is dnied once it restarts, it just has 60,000 miles done and always serviced by VW garage.
